1. Quiet Hours: We respect the tranquility of the island and its residents. Please observe the designated quiet hours: 14:30–17:30 and 23:00–07:00.

2. Smoking: Koza Home is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas and only with the use of an ashtray.

3. Pets: At present, pets are not allowed.

4. Cleanliness & Respect for the Space: Please keep the space clean and tidy, as you would your own home.

5. Trash & Recycling: Please dispose of your trash regularly and use the recycling bins whenever possible.

6. Safety & Personal Belongings: The house is secure; however, we recommend always locking the doors when you are away. For valuables, you may use the safe. The owners are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

7. Visitors: The accommodation is intended exclusively for guests listed on the reservation. Hosting additional people is not allowed without prior arrangement.
