1. Quiet hours

In accordance with regulations, we respect quiet hours: 14:30–17:30 and 23:00–07:00. We enjoy moments of relaxation on the island without noise.

2. No smoking indoors

The house is strictly non-smoking. You may smoke outdoors, using the provided ashtrays.

3. Pets

Pets are not allowed for the time being.

4. Cleanliness & respect for the space

Please keep the space clean and tidy.

5. Waste & recycling

Please empty the trash regularly and use the recycling bins where possible.

6. Safety & personal belongings

The house is safe, but please lock it when you are away. You can use the safe for valuables. We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

7. No hosting of third parties

The house is exclusively for guests who have made a reservation. Hosting additional people without prior arrangement is not permitted.
