We understand that travel plans may change. That is why we apply the following cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
• If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be issued.
• In case of no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
• Any deposit paid will be refunded according to the terms above.
• For bookings made via Airbnb, Booking etc., the platform’s cancellation policy at the time of booking will apply.

In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, serious medical emergencies), we may reconsider the booking upon request and with proper documentation.
